Well, we love Mike Smith, but unfortunately the car is not fixed. Replacing the cam cover (service engine light was on), in attempt to fix an oil leak, did not work. The leak is now worse and leaking in different places. We will be bringing the car back today, Saturday March 1. We have confidence that the techs will rectify this issue.

After waiting a month and a half for the part to come in I dropped my vehicle off Monday morning 3/17/25 for the part to be installed and was told when the vehicle first broke down and when I dropped it off it would take the day to install and I would have it back. Monday afternoon I called on an update and was told it would not be finished but would be after an hour of work on Tuesday morning. After not hearing anything Tuesday morning I called at noon and was told they were butting everything back together and would be ready by the end of the day. Late Tuesday I called on an update and was told it wasn't going to be ready but I would be given a loaner since the one day service was going into a third day. I did get a loaner for the third day and finally got my vehicle back Wednesday afternoon after 3 days for a one day service.

First thing pulling in the garage I was greated by a senior man who was very welcoming smiling that made me smile as now a days that does not happen with the younger crowd.But the other man who processed the paper work was nice also.The lady who cashs you out was so nice.It was very nice to be treated so nicely for having an oil change and wipers replaced!!!Hope to see them next time!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation primarily, but also had a few other concerns. I not only felt like I was heard, but the extremely kind woman who checked me in had all my concerns listed on my receipt and each of them had been checked by the mechanics. My car is running smoothly, I couldn’t be happier. I was in and out in less than an hour, the man who sold me my car there even popped his head in to say hi and asked how everything was going. I will continue coming back for all of my services as long as I continue to receive the A+ treatment my car and I received when I was there on April 16th.

To date we have leased 5 vehicles from Mike Smith Buick and this will now be ending. We had a check engine light come on, unfortunately to learn it was 2 weeks after the bumper-to-bumper protection ended. We were charged $194.00 for a diagnostic test that determined there was a loose cable to the battery that just needed to be tightened. This is unfortunate but this isn't the first time we experienced concerns with service. We will stick to our good past memories of Mike Smith Buick as we move on.

I was disappointed that the cost of just an oil change and tire rotation went up from $89 the last time I was there, to $139 this time not even including the tax. I decided not to have the service done there, and went somewhere else, were it cost me $84.90 including tax. I would like to continue with the dealership, but it is just getting too expensive.

I was there for Oil Change & Brake Pads. I knew i was going to be approached about rotors. So Vanessa came to me and showed me my rotors which I said give me a quote for the rotors. Her quote was $200. I said give me a total for all my work out the door, oil, brakes, rotors, labor. She came back with around $600. I said yes go ahead with everything. She had left for the night and I was dealing with Andrew now. When my vehicle was done the bill was $785. That's not what I was quoted. I wound up paying $723. This was unacceptable as all my repairs have been there since day 1 and my history proves that. 7 years and I'm thinking of trading in for new but not so much now. I've had my own business 35 years and wouldn't have treated my customers that way , but also would've made it right.

Everything went well,I just hope this time I get what was promised to me. In the past It was agreed upon that I'd get body side moldings installed on my car. The reason it didn't happen was we (both the Dealership and myself) just didn't make it happen. Either I was busy or it was a Holiday weekend or it snowed or whatever. Bottom line it didn't get done.With this deal when talking to the sales personnel I said it needs a pinstripe and I know I heard it said we can get that done. I'm hoping that this will happen in the weeks to come. All and All everyone treats me very fairly ,From the Salesman Steve P to Nicole (i think) in the front office. Even the other sales personnel were all friendly and helpful. I certainly will be back in the future and will recommend this dealership to Family and Friends

Terrible experience with GM Rewards. Oil change and tire rotation were over priced $160 but GM Rewards said I could use my $3,400 points and sent email with my member number to help. Dealer cashier was kind enough but said I had zero points. GM fine print bait and switch operation. Going to Delta Sonic next time. GM card rewards are useless and I will stop using that credit card. Done with you.

Brand new truck with many issues. Dealership on first occurrence was very accommodating. Giving me a loaner. Second trip technicians didn't fix the problem. Third trip , had to order backorder parts. When received vehicle after being fixed. Numerous l hardware and pieces needed to be reinstalled, by myself. Needed an alignment after coming back for the fourth time... All which should have been done after initial 2nd trip. Very frustrating when you keep having to take a vehicle back.

I had my car in for a state inspection and it failed because of a transfer case leak. The estimate to repair this was $3,755.95. I am 82 yrs old and could not afford this. Just because I'm old I still know when to question things. I feel like I was being taken advantage of because I was old. I went to a reputable repair shop and they said no repair was needed. I have no spots on my garage floor. There was a small amount of condensation but not enough to fail inspection. My car is inspected. I have been a customer of Mike Smith since the 1970's. The dealership has changed for the worst. It is slowly going downhill. It was nice knowing you but it is time to say goodbye. Don't look for me to come back. My car is 15 yrs old and I hope it to be the last car for me. I was thinking of posting this on Facebook but I will not because I am not the kind of person to do this. Although the previous service person forgot to put a notation in the computer about my damaged brake sensor wires causing there to be some delay and confusion on handling it under the shops expense eventually the manager Josh cleared things up and handled it very professionally and it was much appreciated! Employees were great. $250 for an oil change, tire rotation and to add a bottle of fuel cleaner is insane! I’m loyal to you by buying a GMC vehicle. Now your price gauge your customers? I’ll go back to going to Hillman’s who can do all that for $100. Hell, I’ll go to the 15 minute oil change place down the street and never have to leave my car. I don’t recall the prices being that ridiculous last time I went to a dealer.

Service was fast. And efficient but prices for services jumped. And the requirement in the service option for an oil change to have to use bg products which was never the case seems unreasonable. I have paid in the past 120$ for oil change tire rotation and nys inspection. In my recent visit it was 188$. And to come to find out. My air filter and cabin filter were never checked but they were marked good on the inspection sheets leaves some questions in my mind on the quality and attention to details in a service appointment leads me to seek service elsewhere in the future thank you for your time

Paid over $300 for LOF , tire rotation, air filter and cabin filter, and nobody checked my tire air pressure because the same tire that has lost air since the day I bought this car from you brand new was at only 28 lbs. You have never been able to correct this problem since I bought the car despite bringing it back more than once . I bought two brand new GMC Terrains from you on the same day from Steve Argo. Every time I bring this car in for service I have to ask you to check the tire pressure. This time I forgot and despite having a tire rotation, nobody checked tire pressure. Isn’t this just common sense? Don’t think I will buy cars in the future from your dealership nor will I return for my service needs.

The staff was knowledgeable of my problem and very accommodating. The thermostat had to be replaced and the job would to take 4-5 hours and they offered to take me home and pick me up when the car was done. I had previously complained as long as a year and a half ago about a warning light that kept coming on and was told until the vehicle died there was nothing that could be done. This would have been covered under warranty if taken care of then. Now I'm being told it will cost me 1500 to repair. It needs a new thermostat. And to make matters worse, your service personnel never documented my complaint. Worst service department ever. My family (all 19) have agreed we're done with Mike Smith. Shoddy personnel have cost you not just service, but future purchases.....

The oil changes are quick and efficient. The previous dealership I would use had me wait over 2 hours for oil changes. Mike Smith has me in and out in less than one hour which is amazing. My only complaint is 1. they scraped my inspection ticket off for some reason and just set it back on 2. whoever drove my car left a very unpleasant odor in it.

Well I made appointment on line but when my husband got there the guy said he couldn't take him because online scheduling hasn't worked in a month. He had to come back at 2pm. We live in NF so my husband told him he. Would sit and wait he wasn't going to drive back and forth. He ended up only waiting about half an hr. And the guy took care of him. He was polite and nice.
